Shipping Policies

After receiving your payment, we will try to ship out within 2-5 business days (not including Holidays)
The Frame of Shipping Time is as bellows excluding Force Majeure such as bad weather or lengthened customs declaration
+ From China to US: 9-20 business days
+ From China to US: 20-40 business days
+ From China to AU: 13-20 business days
+ From China to Canada: 19-32 business days



Return Policies

Within 30 days after receipt, you can return the item. The product must be in the same form in which it was when received (tags, labels) everything should be in place, do not throw away the pack which has information about the sender and the recipient.

+ If the defects are caused by seller such as not as described, wrong sizes, distorted packages, the seller is responsible for the cost of return
+ If the defects are caused by buyer such as wrong ordering.., the buyer must pay return

About customs

In most cases, the buyer need not pay any customs. We will declare it as a lower value to avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict, we are not accountable for any customs fee. Please check out the customs policy at your own place. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country; the buyer should understand this situation.
